Need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning?
Simply contact us prior to your cleaning day. It’s customary that you provide us with a minimum 48 hours notice to reschedule your house cleaning. if you need to reschedule a cleaning without proper notice, we will not have enough opportunity to fill the schedule with another maid service client.
We love pets as much as you do!
Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, so our maids can focus 100% on the house cleaning.
